Documenting a procedure is only half the story — Process Central lets you execute it and record proof that each step was done.
Executing an SOP step by step

View an SOP

1

Open the SOP

Select it from the SOPository or the dashboard’s recent list.
2

Read the overview

The view shows the purpose, tags, status and the full list of steps with their instructions, screenshots and expected results.

Execute an SOP

1

Start execution

From a published SOP, begin executing to work through it one step at a time.
2

Complete each step

Follow the instructions, compare against the expected result, and mark the step complete. Where required, capture evidence as you go.
3

Finish

When the final step is complete, the execution is recorded — including who ran it, when, and the outcome.
Every execution contributes to your Reporting and, for administrators, the Audit & Evidence trail — the proof that your SOPs are actually being used.
Executing step by step (rather than reading top to bottom) keeps people on-track for long or safety-critical procedures and produces a complete, defensible record.
